Want To Fail In Business? Here Are Tips

      Nobody ever starts out something with the the intention of failing, if not,  why even start.  However, we are humans, and we make human errors some of which are avoidable and others which we can't control.  In this post,  I'll be writing out tested and proven ways people fail in business to either help you with failing ( hopefully not) or to help you avoid them.

All fall down

      Embracing rigidity and failing to adapt to change is one sure way to fail in business.  There's no overemphasising the fact that we live in an ever changing world.  The same tactics that worked in 2001 will not work in 2015. The old way may not always be the right way.  Your idea may be World class,  perhaps even deserving of a Nobel Prize but if you fail to understand the times and know what is needed at a certain point in time, you'll ultimately end up in obscurity like several other great dreams.
     Make it part of your routine to be in the know of events and  advancements in whatever field you choose to go into.  Read books,  attend seminars,  keep your ears open,  be flexible . The more you know,  the more value you can offer 

     Discard Discipline : Wow,  where do I start with this one. At the back of every failed dream is that guy called indiscipline, directly or indirectly.  I've seen potentially great people fall, I've seen businesses fail because of financial indiscipline. You need to plan your work and work your plan.  Nothing in life happens by luck. Set goals and work towards achieving them.  If you are to spend 3 hours in a day on books,  do not spend 2 hours and 55 minutes.  Understand yourself and create system that works for you. 

     Mental Fragility : Let's face it,  not everybody is as good a person as you.  Some  are greedy and really don't care who they have to step on to achieve their ambition.  If you consider this,  you'll understand that at some point,  you're bound to get hurt as an entrepreneur. You're bound to fail sometimes,  it's inevitable.  The trick here is to pick yourself up and continue without ever doubting yourself.  You should have that confidence to knock on doors and demand what you're worth.  
       You should have the mental strength to let go of an under performing member of staff, to say yes when you have to and no when you have to.  If you don't believe in yourself,  others won't believe in you.
