iWork ICT Innovation And Entrepreneurship Programme
Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIIE) is a subsidiary of the National Innovation Technology Development Agency (NITDA) with the responsibilities to nurture, cultivate and expand the ICT innovation and entrepreneurship within Nigeria in line with NITDA Act 2007 and National ICT Policy.
The establishment of OIIE as a specialized and focus organization is to address the challenges that are inhibiting the growth of entrepreneurs, as well as create enabling environments to foster innovation and entrepreneurship across Nigeria. It is expected that through the initiatives and programs of OIIE, there will be increased contribution of other sectors of ICT to national GDP, more job and wealth creation. OIIE is seeking innovative, intelligent and resourceful Nigerian undergraduates both within and outside the country to participate in our internship program called iWork from June to August every year in our office in Maitama, Abuja.
To this end, we are currently receiving application from undergrads in order to shortlist on merit those that will intern with us in the above period.
